Man took the unusual initiative of “offering” notes to people passing through Xunquim Street, China.
Sometimes being too generous can be problematic. This is what happened to a man in China who decided to “rain” money by throwing notes at people passing by from the window on the 30th floor of a building in Xunquim.
Chinese police were called to the scene and detained the 29-year-old man, considering he was under the influence of drugs.
The man is said to have thrown more than 25,000 euros out of the window after consuming illicit substances.
