Macau Government opens bids for six public car parks

The Transport Bureau (DSAT) received bids from 13 companies on Tuesday for the management of six public car parks, with proposed quarterly returns ranging from 1.88 million to 4.898 million patacas.

Spanning a six-year operating period, the tender for the bids on six public car parks covers a total of 1,119 cars and 1,772 motorcycle spaces, which include the Border Gate Sports Stadium, Mong Ha Sports Centre, Mong Tak Building, Toi Fai Building, Harmony Square, and Qingmao Port.

Beyond daily operations, successful bidders must upgrade facilities by implementing contactless payment systems, enhancing security, and adopting energy-saving measures.

Proposals will be evaluated based on the offered return, investment plans, local hiring ratios, and prior management experience.
