The Legislative Assembly of Macau has announced the list of chairpersons and secretaries for its committees following the conclusion of the first legislative session of the eighth term.
Legislator Chui Sai Peng has been appointed chair of the Committee on Rules and Mandates, while Angela Leong On Kei will serve as chair of the Executive Committee.
According to the list released on Tuesday (October 28), Wong Kit Cheng has been named chair of the First Standing Committee, with Lei Leong Wong as secretary. The Second Standing Committee will be chaired by Ip Sio Kai, with Lam Lon Wai as secretary. The Third Standing Committee will be chaired by Leong Sun Iok, with Leong Hong Sai serving as secretary.
For the follow-up committees, Ella Lei Cheng I will chair the Committee on Land and Public Concessions, with Joey Lao Chi Ngai as secretary. Song Pek Kei will chair the Committee on Public Finance, assisted by Ngan Iek Hang as secretary. Ma Chi Seng will head the Committee on Public Administration, with Kou Kam Fai serving as secretary.
