The revision of the Law on the defense of State security comes into force tomorrow after being published today in the Official Gazette
Among the new provisions of this law is the revision of the crime of state secession, which will now cover the use of non-violent illicit means and the punishment for acts against the security of the State by organizations or associations outside the MSAR.
