One of the main faces of the opposition in Belarus, Svetlana Tikhanovskava has already reacted to this revelation, stressing that this measure puts the lives of Belarusians “at risk”.
“Today, the regime in Belarus signed an agreement with Russia on the use of nuclear weapons. This not only endangers the lives of Belarusians, but also creates a new threat against Ukraine and the whole of Europe,” said Tikhanovskaya.
