“I used cocaine for 25 years. I am surprised to be alive”

Billy Kenny is far from being a famous name in world football, but he has become one of Everton’s great hopes. In the 1992/93 season, still young, he started to show signs in the first team, but two years later he put an end to his career due to the consumption of alcohol and drugs.

“I had never had a beer before joining the Everton first team. It was kind of a pattern. I felt like I had to fit in with the team because I was just a kid at the time.
