After the Chinese New Year holiday, some Chinese coastal provinces have started a recruitment drive to support companies in alleviating staff shortages, the National Business Daily reported on Tuesday.
According to the People’s Daily, after several chartered planes and buses, many workers from Yunnan province returned to Zhongshan, Guangdong province, Fuzhou, Fujian province, and Wuxi, Jiangsu province. The Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security organized a special job fair in Guang’an, Sichuan Province, to offer more than 11,000 jobs.
