World Economic Forum predicts that half of the activities will be performed by machines in five years
The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the arrival of the future of the labor market and it, according to a report by the World Economic Forum, is expected to result in the elimination of 85 million jobs in the next five years due to automation, at the same time as 97 million jobs. vacancies will be created.
These new jobs, according to the forum, will be necessary to serve a division of labor more adapted to the new division of the world of labor, which will be between humans, machines and algorithms. In 2025, the participation of workers and machines will be almost equal: humans will have 53% of activities.
