China takes down advertising accused of using images from American films

Netizens noted the video’s similarity with excerpts from works like ‘Transformers’ and ‘War on Terror’.

The Chinese Air Force took down a video on Tuesday that apparently used parts of Hollywood action films. Titled “The God of War H-6K Goes on the Attack!”, The ad went live on Saturday (19) on Weibo, a Chinese social network similar to Twitter.

The record provides an aesthetic representation of the preparation and piloting of the Xian H-6K, the latest model of the bomber aircraft used by the Asian country. The images show a simulated attack on what appears to be the American air base in Guam, Pacific.
