Although they did not absolutely refuse to follow the instructions of the Chief Executive, the two companies created within the scope of the China-Portuguese-speaking Countries Cooperation and Development Fund were limited to publishing the names of the companies, addresses, contacts, business area and in one case the statutes.
In all other fields that the Chief Executive’s guidelines require disclosure such as shareholdings in the company or the bodies responsible for management, the two companies have chosen not to comply with the guidelines.
In the case of the company “China Development Cooperation Fund – Portuguese Speaking Countries of Limited Society”, the statutes were released, which show what had been made public.
