The new round of mask sales will start tomorrow. A Macao worker was found to be infected in Hong Kong, where he is located, and authorities believe the contagion happened in RAEHK
The mask sale program is now made for a period of 30 days, instead of the current 10 days. The change was revealed yesterday, by doctor Alvis Lo, during the Health Services (SSM) conference on the pandemic, and starts with the sales period tomorrow.
“The period of the sale goes from 10 days to 30 days, that is, the period for the purchase will be between July 31 and August 29. Each person will be able to purchase 30 masks for the price of 24 patacas ”, said Alvis Lo. “The previous 19 sales went well, so we decided to extend the period to 30 days and we guarantee that everyone will have access to purchase masks,” he added.
