Angolan finances strengthen Credit Guarantee Fund


The Ministry of Finance increased the capital of the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC), with the issue of Treasury Bonds in the amount of 40 billion kwanzas, under Presidential Decree 80/20, of 25 March, on recapitalization of the public business sector.

According to Jornal de Angola, this amount of recapitalization will allow the issuance of credit guarantees to cover financing granted by commercial banks, within the framework of the policy of diversifying national production and fostering business activity in the current macroeconomic context of the country.
