American musician Bill Withers, who wrote soul songs like “Ain’t no Sunshine” and “Lean on me”, died on Monday in Los Angeles (California), at the age of 81, of cardiac complications, revealed, this Friday, the family.
Three times distinguished with the Grammy Awards, Bill Withers was long gone from the stage, with his career concentrated mainly between the late 1960s and the 1980s.
