Italy reduces deaths and contagion to early March levels

Since the start of the pandemic, more than 30,500 people have died infected with the new coronavirus in Italy.

Italy recorded 165 new deaths in the last 24 hours, the lowest number since March 9, now totaling 30,560 deaths, according to Civil Protection data.
