North American companies Pfizer and Moderna hope to obtain authorization to launch their covid-19 vaccines by the end of November in the United States, the AFP agency said on Friday.
If they achieve this goal, it will mean a record in vaccine development, nine months after the first death from the new coronavirus in that country, reports the agency.
