Angolan fiction feature film “Ar Condicionado” ( Air Conditioning) is one of the films selected for the online festival We Are One: The Global Film Festival, an initiative of the Tribeca Film Festival in partnership with YouTube and the international film festivals Sundance, Cannes, Toronto, Rotterdam.
The premiere of the film, written, produced, filmed and edited entirely in Angola, will take place on June 6 (Saturday) at 4:45 pm (Angola time). With free access worldwide, the festival will run for 10 days and can be viewed at www.youtube.com/weareone.
The film will be available for free for 7 days. The work addresses the adventures of guard Matacedo and housekeeper Zezinha, whose mission is to recover, by the end of the day, the command of the chief’s apparatus when the air conditioners in the city of Luanda mysteriously begin to fall.
It is a production by Fradique and production of Generation 80. The festival’s program will include feature films and short films, documentaries, music, comedy and debates.
