Michel Mikadol, a 30-year-old Congolese, is charged with the death of four family members. Among the three children he drowned is his 4-year-old daughter.
The crime happened in the Liombe neighborhood, outside the city of Cabinda. The Angolan Criminal Investigation Service (SIC)is on an effort to arrest the Congolese citizen residing in the city of Cabinda.
According to a SIC source, who provided the information to ANGOP, an arrest warrant was issued to detain Michael Mikadol, 30. The man is accused of drowning three children, including his own four-year-old daughter, in a full 200-liter water container, and of killing his wife by suffocation.
SIC goes on to say that it became aware of the crime through the complaint made on the 16th by a pastor of the Angolan Christian Ministry of Reconciliation (MCRA) church who found the bodies at the suspect’s home.
According to the police, the Congolese fled after the bodies were discovered, prompting the prosecutor to issue an arrest warrant.
