ILO. Labor market in southern Europe may sink 15.9% by July
The countries of southern Europe, including Portugal, will face the second worst impact in the world in terms of losses in the labor market by mid-year, with a 15.9% reduction in the activity of workers projected by the International Organization Labor this Wednesday. The loss is equivalent to nine million full-time jobs, counted at 40 hours a week, in line with the European standard of working hours.
