Luanda: Two brothers were burned after being mistaken for criminals

Two citizens, by the way twins, both aged 18, were burned by popular people and one of them ended up losing his life, after being mistaken for criminals in the Sapu neighborhood, Kilamba Kiaxi municipality, in Luanda.

Zito António, uncle of the ill-fated, explained to Jornal de Angola that the incident occurred at dawn on Friday, when the two twin brothers and a nephew were returning from a gathering in the Kimbango area and were going to their parents’ home together to Praça Nova.

The uncle said that the nephews were questioned by residents, claiming that these were miscreants who intended to rob houses in the neighborhood. He says that after several interrogations, they were tied up, beaten and then thrown into the fire. Even after they were thrown into the fire, one of them escaped and ran to the house, where he made known what happened to the father, who promptly went to the place of the accident where he came across the body of his son completely charred.
