Leonardo Jardim's Monaco was the club that invested the most in the French summer transfer market, with 139,5 million euros spent on signings.

Among the clubs led by Portuguese coaches, André Villas-Boas and his club, Marseille, were classified roughly in the middle of the list. We must recall that the southern French club is under UEFA's financial fair play.
