José Peseiro is close to being the next coach of the national team of Venezuela and the country's press reports that he is a choice made by the government and not the federation.
Venezuela chose José Peseiro as coach and his hiring is giving rise to several comments, according to information from the South American country.
According to the portal Balonazos, the coach was hired by the government and not by the federation. Apparently, the initial choice was Jorge Sampaoli, former coach of Argentina and Chile, however, there was government intervention and Peseiro was contacted thanks to the value of the contract (it is lower than that of Sampaoli).
