The dream of former Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt to become a professional football player is over.
The athletics' legend and triple Olympic champion in the 100 and 200 meters, announced, on Tuesday (22), that he will retire.
Bolt leaves the sport after failing to reach an agreement with Australia's Central Coast Mariners and has ended his training period at the club. According to local media, the team offered a contract of about R$ 400,000, but the Jamaican rejected the offer.
