32-0. Women's team sets goals' record in a single football game

Benfica is unstoppable in the Women's II Division Football Championship. They are 100% victorious and with an impressive record of 257 goals scored in 15 games.

Benfica set a goal's record in a women's football game in Portugal, on Saturday. At the Tapadinha Stadium in Lisbon, Benfica thrashed CP Pego 32-0 at match of the 15th D Series of the Women's II Division Football Championship, surpassing the previous record that also belonged to them. This season the team had already won twice by 28-0 against Ponte Frielas and U. Almeirim.

Benfica remains unstoppable in the second division championship. The team, unchallenged, having known only victories and suffered no goals, adds 42 points and is already 12 points ahead of Sporting B. This team, however, has still two games to play. With Saturday's victory, Benfica has already 257 (!) goals scored in the competition.
