With the presence of more than 40,000 fans, the right-back and captain of the Brazilian national team, Daniel Alves, was presented this Tuesday (6) at the Morumbi Stadium, in São Paulo, as a new player of São Paulo FC.
The 36-year-old athlete was welcomed by São Paulo FC with much celebration. Already wearing the club's jersey, Daniel Alves stepped barefoot on the shield of São Paulo, located next to the lawn of the Morumbi stadium, and kissed the symbol. After the gesture, the player was cheered by the crowd.
Daniel Alves was also received in the center of the pitch by midfielder Hernanes, the executive director Raí, the striker Luís Fabiano and São Paulo FC's president, Carlos Augusto de Barros e Silva, known as Leco.
