According to experts, invasion may have compromised personal records of almost every adult population in the country.

About 5 million citizens, foreigners and companies in Bulgaria have been affected in what is considered to be the country's largest data breach case - which has 7 million inhabitants.

According to the finance minister, hackers stole millions of taxpayers' financial data in an invasion that researchers say may have compromised almost all personal records of the adult population living in Bulgaria.
