The Venezuelans who have left their country are one of the largest displaced population groups in the world, only overshadowed by Syrian refugees.

The number of Venezuelans who have left their country has reached 4 million, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) reported this Friday in a statement. Venezuela has 32 million inhabitants, which means that 12% of the population left the country.

The Venezuelans who have left their country are one of the largest displaced population groups in the world.
