The Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice stipulated a fine of R$ 100,000 to Facebook if the social network does not exclude 38 slanderous posts posted on the platform concerning councilwoman Marielle Franco (PSOL), who was assassinated in March, in Rio de Janeiro.
