The Angolan Attorney General's Office spokesman acknowledges that the country may resort to the cooperation agreements with Portugal.
The Angolan Attorney General's Office admits to seize the assets that the businesswoman Isabel dos Santos has in Portugal, recognizing that it can activate the cooperation resources between the two countries for this purpose.
The revelation was made by the Angolan Attorney General's Office spokesman, Álvaro João, to the online newspaper ECO. "I'm not saying that it will happen this way, but - if necessary - we will make use of the cooperation agreements with Portugal", he explained to the newspaper, after being questioned about the possibility of seizure of the businesswoman's assets in Portugal.
