"Simplex" advances in the access to Chinese public services over the Internet

It is a program of the Chinese Government. It is called Internet Plus and aims to facilitate access to online services such as social security, real estate and business registration

China is committed to improving access to government services over the Internet. The government is revising regulations to facilitate access to various State registries: social security, real estate and businesses.

This "Simplex," done the Chinese way, aims to facilitate the approval of works done on the public road; to facilitate the opening of accounts by public officials wishing to access public housing funds and authorizations to access online cultural services.

The new regulations on access to Internet services came into effect this Wednesday, April 10. The measure is part of the efforts to promote the government's Internet Plus initiative, which aims to facilitate the access to cyberspace for businesses and the general public.
