The Minister of the Interior said there were several casualties following a shooting in a hospital in Ostrava city.

At least six people were killed Tuesday in a shooting at the hospital in the city of Ostrava, northeastern Czech Republic, Health Minister Adam Vojtech said. Authorities say they are looking for the attack perpetrator.

The shooting occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 07:00 (06: 00 in Lisbon), and the police evacuated the hospital. Authorities are looking for a male suspect wearing a red coat, Deutsche Welle said.
