According to experts, it would take 47 units to meet daily protein needs.

Last Tuesday (9), the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, Tereza Cristina (DEM), said that hunger is not a problem in the country given the large amount of fruit on the streets. "We are not hungry because we have mango in our cities."

The phrase has fallen badly among food experts who say that, besides making a mistake about the causes of hunger in the country, the minister proposes an impossible diet.
