The judge found the Federal Public Prosecution charge is "an attempt to criminalize political activity."

Brazilian justice on Wednesday acquitted former presidents Lula da Silva and Dilma Rousseff, as well as other members of the Workers' Party, of the accusation of criminal organization, in a criminal case known as "quadrilhão do PT."
