Michelle Obama reveals in new book that her daughters were conceived in vitro

In a new book, the former First Lady of the United States speaks of the abortion she suffered 20 years ago and the process of in vitro fertilization she had to undergo to get pregnant of Malia and Sasha. And she still throws a couple of barbs at Trump

"I felt lost and alone," Michelle Obama told ABC's Good Morning America today, referring to the miscarriage she suffered 20 years ago - that threw her marriage to the former US president into a crisis.

This is one of the revelations of her new book, Becoming. It has 426 pages of personal stories and political opinions - but the issue that everyone is talking about at the present moment is the abortion Michelle suffered and the in vitro fertilization process she underwent to conceive Malia and Sasha, who are now 20 and 17 years old respectively.
