The driver of the van where the 8-year-old girl Ágatha Vitória Sales Félix was in when she was shot and killed last Friday (20) in Complexo do Alemão, in the north of Rio de Janeiro, stated once again that the shot came from a military police officer - and that there was no shooting at the time of the crime.

"A little child is gone because of the police man's irresponsibility," said the driver, who has not yet been identified. "There was no shooting."
