Among the possibilities that open to the country is the preferential access free of tax equipment purchase.

The US President Donald Trump on Wednesday designated Brazil as a preferred US ally outside NATO, making a promise to the President Jair Bolsonaro during his visit to Washington this year. With the designation of preferred ally, Brazil enters a list of countries with special access to defense cooperation, technology transfer, and resources policies with the United States.
