US president highlighted US employment level and defended LGBT rights

President Donald Trump made a defense of patriotism and the right of each country to fight for its own interests by making his speech at the opening of the UN General Assembly in New York on Tuesday (24). He also criticized Iran, China and NGOs defending migrants.

"The future will not be of the globalists. It will be of the patriots," he said. "If you want freedom, be proud of your country. If you want democracy, defend your sovereignty. If you want peace, love your nation."
