Gilberto Natalini says he will vote null for the first time not to choose between a 'herald of torture' or corruption.
In 1972, at age 19, medical student Gilberto Natalini was arrested and tortured for 60 days. According to him, one of his executioners was Colonel Carlos Alberto Brilhante Ustra, former head of DOI-Codi (Deployment of Information Operations of the Center for Internal Defense Operations), an organ of repression of the military dictatorship.
Then militant for the democratic opening and currently councilman from São Paulo by PV, he received electric shocks that caused permanent damages to his hearing. Today, he has 60% hearing capacity on the left ear and 80% on the right ear.
