Mikhail Mishustin is 53 years old and has held the position of head of the Russian Federal Tax Service since 2010.

After the resignation of the Russian government on Wednesday, President Vladimir Putin wants to get deputies to choose the executive and has already proposed Mikhail Mishustin as prime Minister. Having study economy, Mishustin, 53 years old, has occupied, since 2010, the post of head of the Russian Federal Tax Service. Prior to that he worked in the area of information technology during the 1990's.

Putin and Mishustin met in the Kremlin, where the Russian President "suggested that he take over the post of head of government" and, according to the Russian news agency Sputnik, Mikhail Mishustin has already accepted the post.
