Prosecutors claim that Adélio Bispo de Oliveira made a personal attack due to political dissent
The Public Prosecutor's Office of Minas Gerais accused Jair Bolsonaro's (PSL) aggressor, Adélio Bispo de Oliveira, 40, for a crime against national security on Tuesday (2).
The complaint alleges that Oliveira committed a personal attack due to political dissent and aimed to remove Bolsonaro from the elections. The penalty for the crime is three to 10 years in prison, and may be doubled for causing serious bodily harm.
