Self-proclaimed interim president of Venezuela does not give up on a session promoting his reelection as president.

A group from the Bolivarian National Police from Venezuela prevented opposition leader and president of the National Assembly, Juan Guaidó, from entering the chamber where he was to be reelected.

The also self-proclaimed interim president of Venezuela accuses President-elect Nicolas Maduro of "seeking all means to try to prevent the reelection of a governing board that has the capacity to change Venezuela."
