Accreditation places acts and statements of foreigners under the responsibility of Brazil.

Jair Bolsonaro's administration has requested the accreditation of representatives of Venezuela's opposition leader Juan Guaidó to compose the Brazilian delegation to the UN General Assembly in New York.

Itamaraty requested that Brazil's mission to the UN refer the names of Carlos Vecchio, Guaido's ambassador in Washington, and Isadora Guevara, opposition ambassador to Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro in Paris, to accompany Bolsonaro's team during the activities in the organization next week.
