Federal MP Eduardo Bolsonaro defended his nomination for the position of Brazilian ambassador to the United States, proposed by his father
"I am the president of the Foreign Affairs Committee [of the House of Representatives], I've been on a student exchange program, I cooked hamburgers in the United States," Eduardo Bolsonaro said. "I'm not just a [President's] son who is being suddenly raised to this condition. I've been around the world," he said.
"I improved my English in the cold of Colorado, on a mountain there. I saw how much Americans like Brazilians," the Brazilian president's son added. Eduardo Bolsonaro had a scheduled meeting today at the Itamaraty headquarters with Foreign Minister Ernesto Araújo.
