Chosen for the Ministry of Agriculture of Jair Bolsonaro, Deputy Tereza Cristina admitted to having business with the JBS group, but denied that there was a conflict of interest

I have a property, a condo with my siblings, I am the executor and my family leases a trust for JBS, which is next to our property. It has been so for many years," she said.

Cristina said that she has a fifth of the property leased to the group. But she denied a conflict of interest and said there was no discomfort in taking over the ministry.
