Angolan state injured in more than 4 billion dollars

The Angolan state was injured in more than USD 4.7 billion, due to private investments made with public funds, according to the final communique of the special session of the Council of Ministers, held this Wednesday in Luanda.

At the end of the meeting, it was anticipated that this amount resulted from the work carried out by the Multisectoral Commission, created in December of last year by President João Lourenço, with the purpose of identifying the investments.

During that session, a number of diplomas were also approved concerning the Territory Administration and State Reform.

Among these, the Regulation of the Basic framework on Territory Administration, which establishes the rules on the administrative organization of the territory, the classification and criteria of progression of the municipalities, as well as the internal structuring of the territorial districts.
