Former Minister Antonio Palocci, a whistle blower of Operation Lava Jato, reported that former President Dilma Rousseff 'gave leeway to further investigations' under operation Lava Jato in order to implicate former President Lula, reports Bruna Narcizo.
According to Palocci, there was a 'rupture' between Lula and Dilma, and two different factions had been formed within the PT. He says the 'fight' between the two began with the nomination of Grace Foster to the presidency of Petrobras.
