In a short ceremony on Thursday to celebrate his first 100 days as Brazilian President, Jair Bolsonaro said the country is experiencing a 'clear sky' moment.
"The general spokesman said the sea is raging, but I'm sure the sky is clear. The hope we all have in the future of our Brazil. Happy is the government leader who has 22 ministers, aides, MPs, soldiers, civilians, and people more committed than ever before to the future of their homeland.
