The Government lowers land price by 50 percent and the sale kicks off on Monday

The price of Angolan state's infrastructured land, which in 2015 was set at between USD 90 and 214 per square meter, fell by 50 percent.

It was reduced to USD 45 and 107, respectively, given the loss of purchasing power of citizens, Angop reported.

Due to the current economic reality of the country and, consequently, the loss of purchasing power of the citizens, those prices were revised and reduced by about 50 percent, according to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Land Management Company (EGTI, EP), Pedro Cristóvão.
