Mota-Engil wins €122 million contract to collect garbage in Brazil

The five-year contract is meant to ensure waste collection in Brasilia

Mota-Engil wins another environmental contract in Latin America, now in Brazil. The company has just informed the market that its subsidiary Consita has signed "a contract for waste collection in the Federal District."

According to a statement sent to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM), the "contract will amount to about €122 million and will include waste collection, selective collection, manual and mechanical cleaning, and road washing, among other services."
