The event will take place in Sochi, a seaside town on the shores of the Black Sea, on October 23 and 24. A business forum between Russia and Africa will be held simultaneously.

Angolan President João Lourenço was invited by the Russian government to attend the first Russia-Africa Summit, a diplomatic source in Luanda has told O PAÍS. According to this source, the meeting between African leaders and Russian President Vladimir Putin will take place in Sochi, a seaside town on the shores of the Black Sea, on October 23 and 24. The first Russia-Africa Business Forum will be held simultaneously.
