The International Space Station will receive tourists starting on 2020

A "night stay" in space should cost about €31 thousand per night. Sounds like a lot? There are hotel suites on planet Earth that charge more than double.

NASA said on Friday it will "open the International Space Station (ISS) for commercial business, so U.S. industry innovation and ingenuity can accelerate a commercial economy in low-Earth orbit."

NASA adds that "This step comes at a time when NASA is highly focused on its goal of landing the first woman and the next man on the Moon by 2024" and "US companies also will play an essential role in establishing a sustainable presence" on Earth's natural satellite.
